Initial Consultation: The client meets with the design-build team to discuss their project requirements, budget, timeline, and any specific preferences they may have. The client at this point should be meeting with their financial institution to get a good idea of the amount they will qualify for.
Conceptual Design: The design-build team develops initial design concepts based on the client's needs and wants. These concepts are presented to the client for review and feedback.
Detailed Design: After incorporating the client's feedback, the design-build team proceeds with creating detailed plans and specifications for the project. These plans encompass architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other relevant components.
Cost Estimation: Throughout the design process, the design-build team provides cost estimates to ensure that the project aligns with the client's budget. If necessary design adjustments may be made to meet the client's financial requirements.
Pre- Construction Phase: Once the design is finalized and approved the construction phase is prepared. Permits and necessary approvals are obtained and a construction schedule is developed.
Construction: The Construction will commence with all the necessary approvals and inspections. Throughout the construction process, we will meet on several occasions to ensure that the quality and standards are met. Meet monthly to review financial draws and turn them into the financial institution.
The Final Phase: In this phase, we will have a final walkthrough, and inspection for the certificate of occupancy, then hand over your keys!
